BioMod for Joomla

I need to build a custom biography page for registered users of an upcoming site. This page must be compatible with Joomla and should install like a MOD so it can be used with various templates.

The biography page will be filled out by registered members. They will need to include up to 5 photos, and input up to 100 answers. The answers will be saved to a mySQL database and the photos will be kept in a user-specific subfolder. The photos must save with the user's name attached. The database will be searchable by the 100 answers.

I will provide the intended layout to the winning bidder.
