Bookkeeping Website!!

I require a website to be built for a Bookkeeping company. The website will need a small amount of photoshop and simple flash expertise will be required. The website will also need to be able to have a shopping facility added at a later [login to view URL] website needs to be up and running by early January, this is very important. We also might need to have some icons developed as well. Please see the following website link to give you an idea of what we are after in a website - www.promptbookkeeping.com.au. I have attached a first draft copy of the website as well and will send through all high resolution photos immediately after I have found the successful freelancer. I will require you to provide samples of your work so we can decide.(other webites you have developed etc). I will also need to be able to change or update any information on the website easily with minimal fuss (explain how this will be achieved). I also would like the pictures so they can not be easily copied. Photoshop and flash expertise - will involve the main picture with the woman holding calculator, i will need her to appear first then the first person to her right to appear and then the first two people on her left, i will then require the three tradesman on her right to appear after that follwed by the next three people on her left to appear and finishing with the last people on each end appearing. Their is another picture on the last page "contact us" page that I need photoshopped and then something similar to this done. I need the girl cut out of the middle and replaced with another girl, but with the people surrounding her in the collage i need them to look like they are appearing around her 9 pictures at a time (frames 3 x 3) it is very straightforward and i am more than happy to Skype with you to discuss in detail if it is needed.
