1. YOU MUST MAKE THE WEBSITE READY TO GO LIVE WITHOUT ANY MODIFICATION OR EDITING AFTER COMPLETION.

2. YOU ARE ENTIRELY RESPONSIBLE TO RESEARCH AND SUPPLY THE CONTENTS OF THE WEBSITE; THE SALESPAGE, ALL THE IMAGES AND FOREX RELATED FEEDS/LIVE STREAMS (EXCEPT FOR SYSTEM IMAGES AND HOW IT WORKS).

3. THE CONTENTS MUST BE AT THE APPROPRIATE LOCATIONS ON THE HOMEPAGE.

4. THE SALES COPY MUST BE COMPELLING AND THE IMAGES MUST BE STUNNING TO MAKE THE WEBSITE IRRESISTIBLE.

MAIN FEATURES:

1. The website must have members only area.

2. It must be integrated with Paypal and Plimus payment system.

2a. It must also be integrated with the Trade copier system ( the setup details will be provided)

3. It must have affiliate system. People can either join as trader to use the system or as affiliate for promotion alone. Affiliates commission will either be one time fixed CPA payment or monthly revenue sharing predetermined in percentage of monthly subscription of the referred user.

4. When a prospect clicks buy or subscribe button, he is sent to the either paypal or Plimus website for payment based on their choice. After successful payment, he is redirected to the user registration page on the main website to complete his membership registration.

5. When an affiliate registers, he does not go through payment system.

6. All members are qualified to be affiliates.

7. Affiliate commission is auto calculated without admin’s intervention except for manual payment at the designated period.

8. After successful registration, the member is sent to the members’ only area in logged in mode and each logged in member is greeted with his registered name.

9. There is a log out button and the member's session auto expires at a set time if he forgets to log out or there is no activity during the set period.

10. Members login to the members area for updates and to manage their affiliate accounts.

11. In the admin back office of the website, the administrator can generate discount coupons ranging from 5% to 100% off the value of the trading software.

This coupon is used on the main page before proceeding to the payment website to give the desired discount as indicated by the admin while creating the coupon.

No coupon is transferable. Coupons are usable only once and each has 7 days lifespan before expiration either used or not. This helps the admin to give discounts off the quoted value of the trading system on the main website to encourage more signups.

10. In case of revenue sharing commission, affiliate commission will be calculated based on the percentage of the amount paid by the refereed member for that period.
