Build a Dynamic Website

I need a web site developed to provide information regarding training/coaching in certain courses. There will be NO online teaching or exams. Purpose is to establish a web presence, make people aware of my services, keep clients informed and attract more clients. Here is the preliminary set of requirements: 1. Dynamic Website with Website Admin Interface. 2. Ability to Edit and Change Content as and when needed/desired. 3. Ability to add/delete pages, photos, videos, etc. as and when needed/desired. 4. Logo Design. Are there different types of logos? What kind will you build? 5. Pages/Posts of Courses, Services, Events, Workshops, Photos, Videos, etc. 6. Calendar of Lectures/Events/Workshops... 7. Home Page will have 9 Main Menus as follows: Home, About us, Services, Free e-book, Gallery, Forum, Blog, Testimonials, Contact us. 8. There will be drop-down-menus and sub-menus under the 9 main menus. 9. Home Page will have 5-7 rotating images on top. There will be some text to the left of the rotating images. 10. Home Page will have multiple boxes where we can provide news/recent happenings. 11. Send Link to download eBook from the site in the provided email address. 12. Send automated emails of reminders to users of the site who have downloaded the free ebook. 13. Photo Gallery Slideshow. 14. Audio/Video Multimedia Gallery support from the host and external sites like YouTube. 15. Social Media Sharing Links like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, etc. 16. A Blog with the ability for users to provide "moderated" comments. 17. Contact Us Form (Email copy goes to customer's email address shared by them). 18. Google Maps. 19. Google Analytics. 20. Site Search. 21. Search Engine Optimization friendly site. 22. Responsive Web Site for easy viewing on Mobiles, Tablets and Laptops/Desktops irrespective of Display Resolution 23. Discussion Forum. 24. Live Chat Option. 25. Student Login via Website Registration (Confirmation Email goes to student's email address used by them as login Id) 26. Auto-Responder Email for Website Registrations to verify User's email address before creation of their account (Filter temporary email domains if possible) 27. Potential Students should be able to enquire about multiple Courses with a single Enquiry Message. 28. Save Enquiry in database for future reference and retrieval. 29. All collected email addresses to be saved in database with default of "Opt In" to receive emails from us. * Use Captcha and Log IP Address for all interactive activity to keep it human. I will provide details for all the pages in a Word Document for you to proceed. Design of website should be extensible so that additional features can be added to it with ease in the future like the ability to receive payments online. After the development is complete, you must provide clear instructions on how I can modify the content, add new pages, photos, videos, etc. using the Admin Interface. You must also provide instructions to Backup & Restore the site so that I can upload it to host with relative ease. What will be your preferred technology/platform to develop this site?
