Hi, I have gone through the reference website provide and it seems that the excel sheet holds each and everything as per a shopping website and maintains all the records and the calculation. As per our understanding we need to convert the excel in a more user friendly structure and a website so that it can be easily accessed from the web. We therefore can follow a specific approach to accomplish the task. - Go through each required elements of the excel file. - Create the database as per the requirement. - Create the backend structure. - Integrate it to the front end which will include the login etc. - Finally we will do the testing of the website on the development server. - After the testing is done we will put it on the live server. Hi, We have worked with similar project which called "Simple Budget Planning" system. With that system we allow users to input their expenses and generate their reports based on income. And we further develop it with adding some sopisticated calculations to how many days would the user required to archive their goals and how he can make it quick by improving his path of incomes and amounts. I think the system you requesting is similar but seems to be bit more complex and for the current project we built we provide extensive PHP and jQuery Reporting so the user can generate reports based on the filters. Best thing is the system is configurable. I mean user can defined the filters ( properties ) . I think that is a must for such this kind of system. so the user can add his own filters, and mark it as static income , variable income and etc. We can do simlar to your system and add such dynamic behavior.
