Build Website Using Wordpress as Content Management System

This project involves creating a new website, using Wordpress as a content management system, to replace an existing website that was built using DotNetNuke as a platform. The resulting site must look like a conventional website, not like a blog. I would prefer that the theme be created using a framework (commercial or open source) rather than coded from scratch. I will provide the text and photographic content. You (or your team) must have experience using Wordpress as a content management system, and the graphic design skills to create a look (colors, buttons, etc.) that is similar to the present website. The site includes 20 to 40 pages, a "library" of a dozen or more PDF documents available to site visitors, and several contact forms for site visitors to request information, be added to a database of names, etc. NOTE: The "development" site will be built using a temporary domain name. After the work is complete, the site will be relocated to the permanent URL. You will be responsible both for creating the development site AND for moving the approved final site to the permanent location. Prompt responsiveness, communicating in English, will be important.
