We are a research- based investor in small companies in Australia.
We want someone to build us a clean and modern website that can be easily edited, and is SEO friendly.
In order to be considered for this project, the potential bidder MUST do the following:
1) Submit at least 1 CLEAN AND MODERN design proposal containing all the text given in the Glennon Website Basic Layout. You may submit multiple designs.
2) Optimize the design for future SEO (link building).
3) Provide a simple framework for me to add additional content such as videos or links to the website. This means you have to teach us how to add additional content to your website.
Be aware that the attached layout should not constrain your design proposal. The layout only contains the mandatory text that we want on the site. We wanted the text to be as simple as possible, with the possibility of adding alternative content e.g. Youtube, Vimeo, Sound, PDFs down the track.
You can copy from any website in the world you wish, as long as you create no problems with copyright. By way of example, we have been looking at: [login to view URL]
We acknowledge our maximum budget of $750 is low-end. Therefore, as long as it looks CLEAN AND MODERN, is optimized for future SEO, and is very easy for us to put up additional content, we will be content.
Please do not bid for this project without submitting, at minimum, 1 CLEAN AND MODERN design proposal, containing ALL the mandatory text I have given you in the Glennon Website Basic Layout.
This design proposal need not be final. The requirement to submit a proposal in a peculiar form helps us weed out bidders who cannot read or understand what the client wants.
