Looking to build a website from scratch that is user friendly and appealing in design. I am trying to build a website that has 2 different user logins. One login is for the actual paying customer, who is on the website looking for a temporary worker; and the other user login is for the temporary worker. The temporary worker can upload info to the website, where the customer can view their qualifications and the date they are available to work. Then the customer can contact them through the website by clicking a certain icon that automatically sends out a sms and an email to the temporary worker. At that time, the temporary worker can either accept the work or deny. I want to build something that can be easily updated in the future. I am not too familiar with web development, but I was looking into joomla.
