Business Directory Using Geo Places Wordpress Theme

We are looking for a wordpress expert to modify the Geo Places wordpress theme to create a business directory with multiple categories and multiple locations. The actual design of the site will be similar to the original theme design, so will only need some fairly minor design changes. The finished directory will need to have the following features:
- The directory will need to be populated with free listings (we will provide the data in a spreadsheet for bulk upload)
- Each business listing will need to have an upload button/link for business to upgrade to a paid/priority listing
- Needs to use friendly urls, e.g. [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], etc.
- It must be possible to link a business to multiple categories
- Google ads will need to be integrated into the theme and optimized for maximum performance (colour of ads, positioning, etc.)
- Need to have the ability to add a sponsored advert (a banner) for each individual category and location.
- Must be able to add descriptive text to each category and location.
- Must make use of Google maps
