CMS Customisation for A Greek Company

We are a Greek Company (Freelancers Network) and at the time beeing our team has undertaken other ptojects so we want to resell a project that we have just taken. It is about a Greek Company that already has a static web page, and wants to develop a CMS based web site. We prefer a full customization of Mambo CMS. The web site will be made in such way that can support other products for the Greek Marker and other for the International Market. We can handle the Greek translation. We require a demo before paying. The CMS will be hosted in our servers so it must be easily movable. We include a full User Requirements Document of 32 pages. This software must be ready in 30 days max from the day somebody undertakes its development.
