CMS classified ads for property website

I need a CMS style website that allows me to update content – text and add articles. The purpose of the site is a private property sales website, in effect a classified adverts site for property. See attached document for examples of 2 sites that do a similar thing. I have drawn out the screens that i need below and within each screen should be a header and a footer for content and logos (yet to be designed) to be displayed consistently throughout the site. I require the customer to be register in order to place an advert and then edit or delete that advert once it is placed. The site will also need to be able to take payments once the place advert button in pressed, my preferred option is via paypal / credit card system. I also need to be able to send automated emails to users at intervals to be determined through the CMS, i.e. 30 days before the advert is due to expire with an option to renew or cancel their advert. There needs to be a place on the site to allow me to ad articles through the CMS.
