CRE Site Design (given Template)

Hi All. I need a CRE-MySQL-PHP site built. An OScommerce template will be supplied from TemplateMonster by me. Condition: Partial payment will be made only upon partial work completion and satisfaction. No bids over $700 using GAF Escrow. Good communication and dedication. The general main features are as follows: 1 Oscommerce template to be supplied by me from [login to view URL] 2 CRE integration to template 3 Implement PayPal and Cybersource e-commerce. 4 Shopping Cart - Allow shipping charge per city (drop box) and product. 5 Shopping Cart - Shipping cost per city/product 6 Shopping Cart - Include Memo item per product 7 Product - Allow for 3 prices: Small, Medium, Large in drop box. Should update price. 8 Distributor - Separate and limited Login to check orders and change status 9 Distributor - Send email of order to be filled 10 Distributor - Allow commission percent per distributor in sales tracking per distributor. 11 Add order tracking for customer and confirmation email. 12 Add Search feature with Product Category and Price Range 13 Add Categories and Sub-categories as per "YF Web Design Details.doc" document. 14 Include all web pages as per "YF Web Design Details.doc" document. 15 Web page changes in Photoshop. (See "YF Main Page.JPG") a) Move the top banner with up so to make more room as pictured. b) Resize item window size to include 9 items (3x3) as pictured. c) Make Home, New Products, My Account, etc. as horizontal heading. d) Make vertical categories and sub-categories less wide. e) Add banner space at top. Flexible size. f) Make general edits to other pages as per request. Partial payment will be made only upon partial work completion. Slight variations are considered if functionality remains the same.
