CSS Templated Layout Screens

I want a set of 3-4 layout templates for CSS/PHP site which contains a main menu, header, footer (nice long style footer as we see these days) and a two column body/content (main body to left and news items on the right) section and the screen size can be adjusted ie centred on screen.
I need someone who appreciates good bold clean design as opposed to the code.
I am able to technically to this, but want some design skills form someone to help me make it look sexy and smart.
This is corporate look and feel with a fresh look.
I can provide screen shots of ideas when accepted to give you an influence. In fact this freelancer site is one of my influences for design layout.
