Cam4 camfuze script

Hello I am looking for a script that would be similar to camfuze cam4 etc..This site would allow users to broadcast their web cam with moderator capabilities. This site should be able to easily accommodate thousands of users. Premium members could view multiple cams, cam to cam view private shows, private messages and moderator capibilities. If possible, I would like to give users the option to view a broadcast (stream) in passive 3d /red and cyan 3d glasses ie [login to view URL], [login to view URL] and [login to view URL]( If this is possible please include an acknowledgment of this in reply email!!!). I would like a tipping feature incorporated into this program to allows users to buy and disperse tokens. Finally I would need this to be a buggless software. I Will Not Pay For non secure script.
