Can someone develop me website of e-learning and live training website just like network marketing style with power of 1 or 2 up referral system and yearly competition performance league?

My terms & condition: Once we agreed on the price and I award you the project, then I will give you full payment on completion of my project. I will provide you all the tools and materials to start the project. Once you complete the project. Just show me the project and I will release you the payment on immediately without being any question. One of the problem, I learned and discovered the moment I released the 50% payment, my project and money went to drain. I believe if I have enough good skills then, money will come without any doubt. The problem with freelance at present, they have not got enough skills and they are greedy to grab someone else money by fooling them around. One thing I learned in life that if you do provide good service to people, then they will come to you over and over and even recommend their families, friends, relatives etc. If I have enough skills on website designing or IT industry, I won’t be greedy and I won’t even ask people to give me such amount to start, because I believe on my skills and my skills will paid me off instead of stealing money and fooling around people. That's what I called honest and long term relationship service. If you show people your good side then they will be your customer forever with recommendation, but if you show your bad side then you can make lots of money fast but no long term relationship and no recommendation. You just trust on your skills, then there will be no money problems at all, but if you look for money first and put your skills on 2nd, then there will be always problems. Many thanks.
