Marketplace for Custom Clothing Designers - Consumers can load their
measurements once to purchase outfits directly from various custom
designers or have designers bid on a job. Revenue from advertising and
commissions on each transaction. Goal is to become the Elance of the

Design the front-end and create an e-commerce website with this functionality:
1. Register as a designer (name, photos of past designs, cost,
specifications) w/ social media one-click option
2. Register as a buyer (contact information, measurements) w/ social
media one-click option
3. Showcase clothes from the designers
4. Searchable database of designers (price, type of clothing, delivery
date, location, rating)
5. Shopping Cart across various designers that will escrow the funds
with option to place 50% deposit.
6. Buyer comments and ratings on each designer
7. Private message board system between buyer and designer
8. Send a separate email newsletter to buyers and designers
9. Registration process requires an agreement to the Terms of Service
10. Release funds to designers minus a 10% commission
11. Share buyer information with designer after they are selected

We would probably have the greatest flexibility if the site was
programmed in PHP, JavaScript and MySQL but I am open to other
options.
