Coder needed for new updates for Pay Per Download Script

Hello FreeLancers. I am looking for a coder who can makes updates for my current Pay Per Download Script. I am looking for a coder who can update my current PPD script for me. I am currently looking for new features to be added to help make my script better. Some types of new features and updates I'm looking to add are... 1. New updated Admin Panel with advanced features then the ones it currently has. 2. Monthly top earners/weekly top earners/ and overall top earners feature. 3. securing scripts overall code from hackers and etc. 4. Fraud protection like proxy's, VPN's and etc. 5. Updated dynamic referral banner. 6. Replacing current Affiliate network API code to work with another Affiliate network API system. 7. More info will be given to the coder who is awarded this job. So as you can see my project simply requires updates with new features and other small things. I am looking to get this done for the right price, and looking to award this job to the right coder.
