A Complete Website with classifieds and deals combined

Dear Friends, I want a perfect website with paid classified ads for all products and also want to add deals page. The concept is that users should register in the website for posting ads after paying for it and that ad can be viewed by the public and they will communicate with the ad holder directly after their registration... For registering there will be no cost and for posting ad it costs. And ads can be posted in different categories for eg. you can see www (dot) olx (dot) in... And regarding the deals page the functioning resembles the other deal websites like snapdeal, koovs, dealsandyou etc... I will provide you the layout and design and the work for you is to code it and make it alive with all the requirements database, payment gateway etc... This is project will be started by december 27th... I need serious and efficient bidders only... If you can do SEO also, then you'll get that job too...
