Computer Support Website - Simple 1 Page + FBook + SEO

I need a simple 1 page website for a Computer Support company. I already have webspace and a domain name so the only thing left to do is send me images and [login to view URL] files. I want it to look friendly - expecting something like a lot of Comic Sans MS and cartoon pictures / logo. I don't want everything everywhere so 1 page will be enough. - A logo and company name on top - A slogan underneath. - A "What We Do" section where I want some typical content filled in by the designer. I also want to have a look at a draft version of the content and let the designer know if I want to add or change anything. - A form for email contact that a customer can fill out which will send me an email - A phone number for contact with a simple image of Whatsapp and Viber to let customers know they can chat with me live as well as SMS or call I am open to any kind of design but in particular I am thinking maybe to have the 1 page divided into sections - but will ultimately leave it to the designer to impress me with their design. I don't want flash or javascript unless it's simplified / tasteful. I want to add a PayPal payment link somewhere on the same page (paypal account already created) with a link to make payments for jobs (which I can generate and send to the designer if needed) After the website is completed I also want a FaceBook page made and links for facebook from the website where content will be a simple match from the website. I'm looking for someone to do a complete content and design for me. I do have ideas of my own for content that I definitely want included as well. And lastly, I will also need SEO.
