Convert Drupal Site to Manento Site

We Currently have a Drupal Site that is built with Products in, and in Demo / Testing mode. We require the site to be converted to a Magento Site, with all products pulled accross and their Pictures & Descriptions. We have a theme purchased from a Template provider, that will require some editing with Backgrounds, and also some graphic design for buttons, including changing the menu to be drop down. The developer that is chosen must be confident and EFFECTIVE in working with Magento, including customising the back end to suit our products and ordering system. IT will require the backend to have the ability to import products from CSV etc, including from a RSS Feed that can be provided (This is down the track once the site is converted) Also there will be ongoing work developing the site. We require the conversion to be completed ASAP so we can put the site live to generate an income, then continual development on it for at least the next 3 months will also be required. PLEASE ONLY BID ON THE CONVERSION, CUSTOMISATION & GETTING THE SITE LIVE ON THE SERVER WITH PAYMENT GATEWAYS, EFFECTIVE ORDER PROCESSING AND IT WORKING CORRECTLY Due to other providers that have let us down we are not wasting time,this is a high prioity project.
