Convert 11 page website to wordpress

I have an existing website that I need converting to a wordpress site. The site is being developed in a sub directory. When complete, it should be moved to the live directory. I have attached two screenshots of the site so that you can gauge what's involved. There are three changes to make during the conversion: - The flash movie should be replaced with a static image, I will supply this image - The current flash menu should be converted to a text/css menu with rollover colour-change - A new page called 'news' should be added; this will be the wordpress blog page I have configured a base-install of wordpress and mySQL already in a sub-directory, it now needs the html and css from the main site applying to it. I will send a zip file containing all html and image files. All pages MUST be content managed as is possible with wordpress The site must be replicated EXACTLY including all meta-data. Wordpress permalinks should be used. There is one contact form on the site that will need a script.
