Creare un Template per Wordpress / Create a Template for Wordpress

I need to create a theme not too complex but functional with wordpress. Custom home page and a customized page to use multiple times as template page.

I try to explain. I'm turning on two region sites with the theme GeoTheme. This is a directory theme and my project is focused to create one site (with this theme) for each italian region. Later I will open, for the remainder region, other dedicated sites, always with geotheme. All these sites are pretty much the same, same menu, categories ec., only changes the color.

All this sites will be part of a network that I’m creating.

The network is composed of: [url removed, login to view] (such as company website) and a series of regional sites. (you can see the list of regional site on the image attached). What I need is to create a theme (company website) which show, for each region, the rss feed for the main categories found in regional portals. My geotheme sites have 8 categories.

My idea is to create a clickable list italian regions vertically (right or left) with a map of italy, that for each region opens a page (customized) that shows the 8 categories with last 5-10 feed-rss for each (the idea is to have a dynamics feed list, updated with the last listings published, place and event). So an italy map with divided and clickable region.

Please note: about one region “Trentino Alto Adige” I need that, when the mouse over the link domain and/or the map, should be active two different points in the region. This points are the two provinces which have separate domains. (see the image attached)

Then it could be nice to have on this dynamic map result as: when the feeds are scrolling, open in map a related pinpoint.

This portal should become the father of all the other portals created with the theme geotheme. Company site of the network.

The idea is to create an information portal of the company, which is able to show information from other sites (with the rss feed of the categories for each region).

On top an header with menu (about, contact, blog, advert ecc...), logo of my company and image slider function.

What I would get and what I have in mind is the construction of the theme (layout). I have prepared an outline of how I would like the homepage and the pages relating to the different regions (customized regional pages). For all other pages (about, contact, advertising,…) on the menu, It's not a problem, I will fill it with the simple content as normal wordpress page, perhaps using visual composer.

Then better to implement a custom style, so I can define the style through a [url removed, login to view] file that I believe will be in the new theme.

Something I can do with CSS, instead, I need help to define the structure (I'm not able).

Just to have an idea about color and layout I attached files that explain that. About the color you can start just looking at my logo.
