Create Booking Website for Start Taxi Up Company

Hi I already have a wp theme that I purchased from [login to view URL] It is a responsive design which is great for me as I dont need a mobile/smartphone version of my website. Its highly customizable. You will need to be very good with wordpress customization and themes. I want my wp theme to be customized for my taxi company so that new customers who land on there can easily get a quote from the area we cover to where we drop off (Details and prices to be provided). It must be flexible quote system to allow me to add new destinations and prices easily in the backend. I have a company logo to be put on to site. I will need header and banner graphics for the site promoting certain special offer services. The design needs to be clean, easy to use and web 2.0 ready. There will be 5-7 pages. To get an idea of what we are looking for in terms of simplicity of design [login to view URL] You will need to create some slider graphics which needs to be done by graphics professional. I also need to have a crm system where customers can register and see their bookings, pay for journeys, businesses can see their account for jobs they need to pay for. Also my driver can log in and see what jobs they have been assigned. I must be able to edit, cancel or accept new reservations/quotes and then assign to a driver. I have looked at few things and cheapest I can find is using amember script/plugin that allows for many customization. Can you advise if this is good idea to keep costs low and good system to integrate with the theme? I have uploaded the wp theme called AVADA that I want you to work with.
