Create Magento Site from HTML/CSS site

I have a site which has already been coded in HTML / CSS and javascript:

This project is to slice up the existing code from the site above to create a Magento template and then upload onto a pre installed Magento hosted area.
The site has two main category groupings, "shop by category" (5 categories) and "shop by collection" (6 collections). Every product will belong to one category and one collection. Once the template has been installed the successful freelancer must upload between 40-50 products to demonstrate the functionality.
At the moment 4 pages have been coded:

These should form the theme for the other standard pages, i.e. about us, our story, registration, cart etc. All code must pass W3C HTML validation.
Please provide eamples of your work wehn making a bid. This is the first time we have used freelancer to do something like this and as such our budget is not to big, therefore we will more than likely go with one of the lower offers. If a good job is done however, and we are happy with the output, we would like to build a lasting relationship and do many more in the future.
As always completed code will belong to us.
