Create Simple Landing Page

We need someone to build a simple landing page + add aweber form like here:

The plane image must cover the whole page like you see in this example here:

The website does NOT use cPanel it use a control panel called ExtendCP. You would therefore need to be familiar with this control panel to work on this project ([url removed, login to view]).
After you have done the landing page you will change airport name and save file as for different pages but all other text and design will be exactly the same.
This simple job should take no longer than a couple of hours and we can pay $30.
