Create 50 Wordpress Blogs

I need someone to create 50 wordpress based niche topic blogs on the free version of wordpress. Requirements: 1. create all wordpress accounts, set up themes, columns, menus, blog roll, colors, header graphics, layout, summaries and any other configurations etc as needed. 2. import several hundred articles into each site. I will provide the articles which are all text based files. If someone can write a script to import these automatically rather than by hand, that would be preferred. 3. set up my adsense code layout and any banner advertisements that I provide 4.
