Create news website for India

I need site created which will take in account social media, facebook, twitter, etc. and see stories that are trending live and have lot of likes, re-tweets, and shares. This should track for Indian news only. There is a great site doing this right now called newswhip... Check out this site, if you can create something similar with better UI and better approach to get stories just for India i would like to hire you.
