Create a template using design from existing web site

We need template for commercial php script that will mockup existing site.

The script is using MySQL, PHP, and HTML. No programming is required - you need to rearrange existing functionality components to match the selected design. We will prefer if the template layout is CSS based, without use of tables, but this will be discussed with the winning bidder.

THERE WILL BE NO ADVANCE PAYMENTS. WE WILL PAY PARTIALY OR IN FULL USING GFL ESCROW ONLY WHEN WE SEE THE WORK COMPLETED AND TESTED ON YOUR DEVELOPMENT SERVER.

PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOU NOT AGREE WITH THIS CONDITION.
