Creloaded template set up

I need a Creloaded template set up

then a logo needs to be added , a banner and a flash header,

the logo has already been designed, however you will have to design the banner and the flash header - just a simple flash header - fading images etc, images will be provided, the banner is also simple , images with titles - linked to different sections of the website , images will be provided

Needs to be up and running within the next 24 hours,
