See attachment. This is a loose 'clone' of an existing site. I want similar, but not necessarily the same functionality. Needs to be a portal for customers to place orders/quotes, CS reps to approve and post orders, freelance writers to sign up as members (pending approval by CS reps), and approved freelance writers to take orders from an available orders job board. That's it in a nutshell. I would like a competitive price on this as it is a startup business, so please price accordingly. You may simplify/streamline functionality in order to get the best price. I would like to establish a relationship with a programmer who makes clean, editable code, because I expect to have a number of updates for this site in the next 2-6 months, as I have an existing customer base and will need the site to be effective for my existing customers and new customers. PHP/MySQL based code preferred. Please use clean, tagged, editable code (don't go crazy tagging, just so that its not impossible for another programmer to edit if you do not want to or are unreachable in the future). I will provide domain and hosting with PHP MySQL support, and any other accesses needed. Access will be given to selected applicant. You are not expected to write site copy or create graphics. Just put a placeholder for images/text as necessary where copy/logos/images etc. are needed. I am primarily looking for a skilled programmer to make this work. You can go from scratch or use any existing programming framework (modification of opensource cart or forum?) at your discretion, but please include your basic plan in your application for this assignment.
