Custom Joomla 1.7 corporate design - URGENT

We Require a Joomla 1.6/1.7 custom template. We Need it created in the Gantry Framework. If you are not going to use the Gantry Framework, don't bother bidding. We need it to comply with web standards and use HTML 5 doctype. The template is for a large debt collection company in New Zealand. We have provided a very basic module map of the module positions we would like. we would like a custom designed beautiful layout somewhat similar to [login to view URL] but very different design wise. Design wise it is up to you to create something functional, beautiful, browser compatible and appropriate for a large corporation. We don't just want someone to copy our concept, we need a designer to use their skills and flair to create something great. We don't want some retard to simply copy a template from ThemeForest, RocketTheme, Joomlart or Template Monster - the template use be completely unique. Some other requirements. - A beautiful image slider linking to site pages (DJ Image slider) - Module with a MailChimp email signup - A revolving testimonials module This is an urgent project, it needs to be completed within 24 Hours. No delays, no time extension. for every hour over the time limit the amount you will be paid gets reduced in half. A concept is attached and we need it elaborated on. It looks quite old and dated. We need a modern interpretation of it. We like the orange bar at the top with the orange texture and the Call to speak to a real person graphic.
