A website that receives money from users, and processes it in a special way. Normal eCommerce apps are not likely to work. Users create an account, deposit money into their account, and transfer money to other users' accounts, BUT the user must maintain the ability to withdraw the money back into his own account. That should have certain implications to the design of the database. This purpose of this project is to support free open-source software (FOSS). Please feel free to collaborate on this project with me, provide suggestions, or ask any questions you need. Make sure you understand the project before accepting an offer.
