Custom Online Message Board Site Build

Could you build the next facebook or twitter? I am looking for a highly skilled, professional, creative freelance website developer with proveable experience in the building of detailed, custom, web applications who can be part of the creative process in bringing my idea into reality. The nature of the project is confidential, and as such a legally binding Non-Disclosure Agreement will have to be signed by anyone working on this project. If you are not comfortable with this then please do not submit an application. In general terms, the website will be an online message board of sorts with two types of user - message leavers, and message vieweers. Leavers can leave a message, under a defined category (after logging in and submiting their details) for free, they can submit as many messages as they like. Message viewers have to register and log in to search for and view messages (viewers can refine searches via keywords, or category, time updated etc. etc.) and to be a message viewer will require a paid for subscription - so the site will have to have an integrated payment/subscription method. Freelancer should be able to give honest and open opinion and recommendation on the best way to build and make ideas work, and be able to hit deadlines. The project will include: 1) Some Design Development work for site look, feel and logo etc. (this will be limited as I am able to design and this aspect of the website may be outsourced as the functionality is more important for your role) 2) The functionality/content of the site has largely been conceptually laid out, but site development may take place as part of the overall creative process. 3) Creating, testing and developing of software/coding to enable the website to function in the prescribed manner 4) Subscription payment integration 5) Working closely with the idea team to respond to thier requests 6) No written content is required of you as all this will be provided. There are aspects to this site which cannot be discussed until and NDA is in place, but they involve tracking which messages have been read by viewers accounts, and possibly tailored advertsing which is linked to specific users. Freelancer should be professional, able to meet (either via phone or in person) to take part in development discusssions. This freelance position may lead to a permenant contract/role if mutually desired. Thank you in advance.
