New Website for Toxic Substance Testing and Analytics firm.
Main website is basic information pages about the company (4 or 5)
Section 1:Needs custom database with admin interface and data entry tracking. Clients will be able to login to website to see interlinked dynamic reports pertaining to their own project. Reporting includes a floorplan image of a building with numbered/named rooms. Each room number links to the general report of findings for that room. General report elements link to further details and photos of substances and areas found. Reports go three or four levels deep in detail. All reports are based on a standardized set of parameters for the individual project.
Section 2: will include training schedules and tracking/administration of completed training by individual, with online tracking and searchable directory of trainings completed by individuals.
Section 3: Manage list of projects with downloadable details accessible by registered bidders only. Manage registration of bidders, track downloads by registrant, and be able to use registered bidders list as mail list for each project.
Project will also include initial data conversion from current Access database.
This project to be completed using PHP/MySQL. Modified CMS systems (Joomla, Wordpress, etc) acceptable if all functionality is included, and user friendliness is acceptable. Provider will be chosen based on expertise/experience with custom PHP/MySQL websites and price. Please DO NOT BID if you do not have significant experience or expertise in these areas with similar types of projects. Prefer to use a provider for whom English is their PRIMARY language.
This project can be completed in phases, with the main website pages and Section 1 to be completed no later than March 15, 2011, and fully completed before May 1.
