Customize osDate Site Design

This project involves designing & coding two (2) Complete CUSTOM osDate templates for a brand new dating site. The site has already been installed on the host servers, and is right now using the default template. I am TOTALLY willing to pay up to $800.00 or MORE for two customizable osDate templates, but they MUST BE TOTALLY UNIQUE & designed/coded in the most efficient manner possible. The end result is that I want new users to be able to sign up, and begin using the new site immediately. This means that both templates must have: * 2 Navigation tabs, i.e.- Home, Inbox, Search, etc. Master Site navigation tabs should be at the top, and the user controlled navigation tabs should be to the left. * Under Home, user should be able to view a brief overview of their profile, as well as (clickable) pics of new members in their area. They should also be able to see the featured profile area, and what members are flirting with them. * Under Search, Advanced Search Options so that a user can search for singles by either username, gender, age, country, state, zipcode, county, city, or relationship status. * A community option, so that singles can send birthday/holiday greetings to other singles in their community, chat with other singles privately, or talk with a group of people in the chatroom. (This may be an extra option.) * ALL users should be able to see who has viewed their profile. They should also have the option to be able to switch their profile to 'Stealth' mode. There should also include an area so that users can bookmark member profiles, but they can't bookmark someone until after two correspondence emails. * BOTH templates should have an 'open advertisment area' on either side of the site, or one 'open banner advertisment area' just above the site header. Both templates should use two different themes, but BOTH themes must be something that is gender neutral. This is only a partial listing of what I'm looking to get done, but if you'd like to hear the overall scope of how I want this site to look, I can provide you with the full details and also recommend a few inspirational sites which are more along the lines of what I would like my site to look like. Keep in mind that this project is for two (2) Unique & FULLY customizable OsDate templates, therefore confirmed payment to you means that both templates will belong to me, and CANNOT be sold again under any means. Payment prices are negotiable, but also keep in mind I am paying for both of these templates out of my own pocket.
