Design Website that can do research on domains names

I run a service that allows people to purchase domains at HEAVILY reduced prices. ie 30 .com domain names cost $90 (Thats only $3 EACH!). I am looking for someone to design our site. I require a web 2.0 (extremely clean and easy to use) looking website that allows people to type in a domain name and research if it is taken or not. If it is not taken then they can click on a button to add it to a list. Can add multiple domain names. Once list is complete they can then use paypal to submit the list and pay us a certain amount of $ (determined by number of selections in list). Once processed this list is to also be sent to a 3rd party email account. If the domain is taken then they can find out alexa, pagerank, whois etc. Potentially also an appraisal ($ figure) if thats easy to implement.
