Design a Website

I'm looking for web designer who have to design educational website for me. The web site will modelled as below.

1) 5-6 windows/page at the main website

2) 5 Windows shall be accessed to general public. One page will be dynamic and rest all pages will be static.

3) Log in page is one of the window(in dynamic Page)

After USER Log IN:

1) Here it will be three categories(1st main(groups), 2nd sub groups under groups/3rd will be micro groups under sub groups)

2) The main groups will be around 15, sub groups will be around 6 under each main groups and around 20micro groups under each subgroups

3) Their will be around 10K users. Each users willbe loged in with thier secured unique id and password.

4) Each user will be having access to only one or two main groups.

5) All the microgroups will have text content.

7) Each micro group and sub groups will have few online tests.

8) All tests are time bound and scoring methods.

9) All types of wordpress questions and answers will be added.
