I'm not looking for hacked versions of existing shopping carts. I don't need all the bells and whistles of current platforms, but I do need something simple that has features that none of the other platforms do.

The spec is rough and I don't expect you to stick to it 100%. The purpose of the doc is to give you a good idea of the outcome I'm looking for. I'm relying on your expertise as a programmer to be able to efficiently complete my objective.
