Directory Assistance for telephone information service

I want to start a directory assistance on a special telephone number. For this project I also need a webpage like www.whitebook.* where people can query phone numbers and can update their entry... Just something like [login to view URL] For that webpage I need the features: * number request/lookup * reverse lookup * entry update, that people can update their phonebook entry * entry order - that people can order additional information I would like to have a webpage in flash style like [login to view URL] (i like how they make the search entry). For that webpage I can afford 750,- USD... I need also a flash-based or Web 2.0 like callcenter screen, where the callcenter can query numbers also from the same database but have the options: * send entry by sms * connect after announcement to destination number * send mms navigation information * send fax with company data * send emal with entry * play telephone number/listing and return to directory assistance I will provide you an interface (perl or PHP based or MySQL based) how to control our voice-switch. It´s very easy, because we can provide you all kind of access to it... For that Interface I can afford another 200 USD... So the whole project would be 950,- USD...
