A New Website Needed

Hello Everyone,

I need a website built similar to : beyonce.com. The site will include 5 pages : Home, News, Music, Media and Store. I would like the website to be easily content-editable such as Background, Colors, Images, etc.

^^^When first launching Beyonce's site, you will first see Navigation Bar showing, so I would like the same style like that in my site too. But when the user first enter my site, they will see the Nav. Bar and the arrow button on the right side, so when the user clicked that the navigation bar will be hidden and the Homepage like [url removed, login to view] will be shown. (details described below)

1. Home: So as the Nav. Bar is collapsed, website's homepage will be like : [url removed, login to view] with loads of posts/feeds showing and with the bar on the top (instead of in the left side like in Adam's site) which I can choose between Show All, News, Twitter, and Facebook (the described will be shown in logos).

2. News: When you go into that page, there will be News posts which will be shown in Blocks just like Bey's site.

3. Music: The style will be also like Bey's site too. When clicked on a release, you will see the area shown up with the details in it, there I would only like : Songs, Artwork and Buy only. In Buy, in Buy It section, I want only iTunes, Amazon, and #T Store.

4. Media: The page's style will be also grid-based. There will be blocks with Pics and Videos shown, and when clicked on that, a lightbox will be shown with the picture and description (for Pictures), when clicked on Video, a lightbox will be shown with the video (embed YouTube video) and description.

5. Store: When hovered on Store, the drop-down menu will be shown with two boxes : Digital Store, Merch Store , where both of them are links.

`Navigation Bar: I also prefer the style of the navigation bar of Bey's site.

-Slideshow: I would like a slideshow, where I can link that photo too.

\\Notification Bar: For example, I have an important news to announce, so I would like a notification bar. So if I choose On in CMS, the Notification Bar will show in the website with the titles and the link in it.

#Footer : The footer will be there below the calender-like widget in the website, with the copyright text on the right-side, and the links of Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, iTunes, Write A Fan Mail, and Store (which are all links) in logos (like in the footer of [url removed, login to view] shown in logos), and there will be a newsletter system, when clicked on it, a lightbox will shown up with the form where the user can signup to newsletter. Write A Fan Mail, when clicked on it a lightbox will be shown up with the text paragraph in it.

***Content Management System : I would like the site to be fully 100% customizable, including Header, Colors (of Headers of posts, Contents, Descriptions etc.), Backgrounds and others. The site should be editable using suitable CMS ( custom or WordPress ). I would also like my News or whatever texts to be customizable using Colors, Link a text and Embed a code. I would also like all backgrounds of all pages and all sections of websites to be editable.
