Polish an existing web site

Dear Bidders!
This project is for the final phase of an existing web site.
Recently I made a mistake and release the final milestone to the developer who promised to complete his work and disappear right after getting the payment.
It seems to be this project is 1 - 2 days project for the Joomla/CSS professional.
Here is a brief description:
1. Correct some layout issues (shown on attached images)
2. Some pages does not have proper element positions (HikaShop checkout)
3. HikaShop checkout does not work properly if Guest Checkout selected.
What I'm expecting from you:
- Layout should be shown correctly in all most popular browsers:
Chrome (Linux/Windows)
FF (Linux/Windows)
IE (Windows)
- Layout redesign of the checkout page
- Fix for the Guest checkout issue for PayPal and Google Checkout (HikaShop is used for the shopping cart)
