batch rename pictures, resize and create link

Hy i need someone to batch rename pictures around 1000 folders with in total around 2000 pics regarding to their folder name so for exmaple foldername: 238230 pictures inside [login to view URL],[login to view URL],[login to view URL] etc the pics should look like that then inside the folder [login to view URL],[login to view URL],[login to view URL] then you have to resize all of them so that the quality is nice, the picture not too big, good enough for online shop. last step will be to create a list for all folders in an excel sheet like 1) (foldername) (link:[login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL],etc...) so that i know exactly in what folders there are how many pictures.
