I would like to have a more than a clone of logotournament . com I'm hiring for someone capable of giving me the same features of the example site + extra features listed below.
Your bid must cover:
- Same exact features of the original web site
- Backend / Frontend features, just to name a few: ajax sliders to describe the requested job, email alerts, comment system, private messages board, designer profile page, and so on....
- Paypal pay-in pay-out features
- SEO features
- New design layout (we can work togheter, I can submit what I have in mind but the work is yours)
- Please use only open source: PHP / MySql / AJAX / CSS. No crypted code. All pages must be validated. All code must be commented.
Extra Features:
- extra categories for job posting: a client can choose to request not only logos, but also stockphotos, graphic layouts, web design, flash animations, brochures, posters, etc... (details about representations and sizes will be given at your staff)
- a certain number of checkboxes and custom fields needed to describe the job and/or add particular request to the designers
- multiple paypal accounts to receive funds
- one button pay-out to winner designer
- gallery could accept and be able to show: jpg, png, swf
- option for the designer to apply a watermark or not on the images
- client can invite designers he/she admire by login->select the designer name->send the invitation for his/her job by the designer profile page (an ajax or dropdown menu with client's job listed to select from is the winning idea).
I accept suggestion on layout or extra features that you could consider valid and innovative.
Code, layout, and everything else provided by you and payed, will become my property without any limitations on usage and / or customization.

Payment plan and timeline for this job is:
20% by Paypal as we can see the very first working version with main features enabled. To be completed in 10 days.
40% by Paypal during beta testing once the site is operational under our domain and hosted on our servers with all the planned features working. To be completed in 20 days since day 0.
40% by Paypal as all the bugs are solved. To be completed in 30 days since day 0.
I kindly ask for 60 days of email support after the last payment. We can then setup a support fee for troubleshoting and keep working togheter to expand features. I want somebody to trust and to work with for long time on this and other upcoming projects.
FLEXIBILITY, PROFESSIONALISM and COURTESY are a MUST.
