classified site that works with facebook well.

Using a simple wordpress theme I will choose and free plugin ins' I need a site that does this. 1. Classifieds site that allows users to log in with facebook or if logged in will allow them to post. 2. Users will be able to post a listing at my site but host their pictures on their facebook account somehow. 3. the site will send each post to a facebook group or similar page that I will create. 4. the site will pull listings from a public already working facebook page that people already use ( i don't own) if this is possible. 5. The site will allow users to opt for no sign up system with email verification (like craigslist) if they are not on facebook. 6. the maker of the site will sign up a facebook account, and contact each member of a open facebook group classified page and invite them to the new website and the new page (3000 members) without getting the account band. 7. the site will have SEO built in. 8. there will be many small changes to the code here and there to get the site to good copy once it is up, so please include in your quote some space for changes. -- What you DON"T need to do - Graphics, choose a theme or anything like this - you just need to make this site function well with facebook.
