As we need to develop a website just as

website need
article manager
banner manager
contact info
media manager (gallery, video, audio)
ajax ready
rfp (request for proposal form)
iframe for the live chat
topmenu stay steady when scroll down of the site
clean developing if you use any script we dont want to see any sample page leave behind once ready.
we will provide live chat code (we use live php)
and will provide design of home page and inner page.
we dont need any buying option or payment gate way.
bid only if you can do it, provide only 5 of your best websites in joomla or any other CMS.
