Hello I'm Ahmad. I'm new to freelancer.com but spend many years working with different CMSs such as MyBB an VB. My suggestion is to use MyBB because It's free and opensourse. so you can change it any way you want. Installing this cms and doing basic configurations won't take more than an hour but the most important part of this project is to make or customize a proper template and making the base structure of forums (for example soccer forums, volleyball forums, post showing on each page and ...) and importing some sample informations to the forum. As I told I'm new to freelancer.com and I want to gain your thrust to have a good start here. so I can install MyBB for you on my own server (I do hosting) before you accept my bid!
