date availability program

Hi all, I am looking for someone who is talented and fast in programming with Php and MySql to help me create a full functional working website that only provide dates for a service industry customers. I want to provide a date service (NOT a dating site service for lonely people) where people can come to my website or link and find out if their date is available or not for me to provide a service to them and just by entering their brief information then they will get a instant answer or get it email to them. This is only a general run-down, but I want to be able to make a control panel where my vendors can come and register and get a control panel for themself to enter their dates and pay a monthly fee.
