CSV File & Product Import Process Fix

Need a script tested and any fixes made if required. Only minor fix should be necessary. It involves a csv file product import and a php script which updates the file then control the function such as which products are made live on site, price. Need this script to work correctly then tested to show the whole process works correctly and the products in csv file match up with backend admin and then show correct prices, images and products live on the site.. Will also involve migrating site to a new domain. The winning bidder will be very competent in PHP and product import via CSV file.
