Access Database Customization

I need Micro Softs call tracking access database customized to do a few things for us. 1. I will need to be able to easily import (pre-cleaned) data into it, so I will need an import template/map. (Note - This is to the best of my knowledge, I am not sure that this is necessary). 2. I need to be able to create (in a single act) call lists (the existing db will only allow me to do this one record at a time). 3. I need the fields that are currently being used in the "call list" template to be changed/customize for my particular application, which will be the following: Name - Free text Phone Number - Free text Law Firm - Free text Practice - Free text Attorney DAta - Hyperlink text Call Reason - Drop down list Call Tracking - Drop down list Dial Status - Drop down list (with time and date stamp) The Microsoft access database is here: [login to view URL] I've attached a file of sample data to be imported.
