Accounting Software based on another software just tweaked a bit

I need a piece of software developed that is based on an already developed accounting program that is free to the public. This accounting program is located on: [login to view URL] The coding is all there for this type of program, it will simply need to be slightly reworked to make it original. I want to have a program just like this, with a different design, icons, colors. I also want a couple things added to the program: 1) There must be a button to print and save the invoice/report/quotes/order as a memo pad document. 2) There will need to be a picture publisher in the software (need something to draw square box and draw little boxes inside, lines, icons, arrows for layout of security system). It's basically a small drawing tool that will allow a simple floorplan layout for placement of security systems. The system will be called "Secure Books" needs to work on windows and Mac
